Remote desktop connection

Remote desktop connection is a wizard that helps a person to control the computer of another person which is on a network. This wizard helps you to share your data directly without operating the computer of your partner.

For connecting by remote to another computer you need a IP address of the host computer(the computer you want to control) .

Follow these steps to connect to a computer by remote:-

1. Go to my computer properties and then to remote settings option in it. Set the option to allow remote desktop connection. Apply this on your computer as well as at the computer you want to control.

2. Go to start button 

3. Accessories

4. Communication

5. Remote Desktop Connection

6. Type the IP address of the computer you want to control

The IP address can be found by the following steps:-

1. Start

2. Accessories

3. Communication

4. Network connection 

5. Right click on the modem you are using and check the properties. check the status you will find the IP address their only.

This technique will be applicable only when two computer are using the network.
