Follow the steps to know the technique of locking folder and applying access denied permission on it .
The lock applied can be only removed by following the steps again.
For windows 7 and 8-
Press winkey and open the run box on right side
Type gpedit.msc without caps lock on
Press ok
Click on -
1.Computer configuration
2.Windows settings
3.Security settings
4.Local policies
5.Security options
6.Network access:Sharing and security modal for local accounts
7.Classic local users authenticate themselves
now go to the folder you want to lock
go to properties by right clicking on it
go to security options and apply deny permission
after applying these steps set the permission to-
Guest only-Local users authenticate as guest
so that no one can access it
for removing this lock repeat the steps from 1 to7
ENJOY LOCKING FOLDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
