System restore in windows xp,7 and 8

System restore in Windows Xp, 7 and 8 might get some problem in using normal mode, on which you may come across some error codes. Try using System restore in cmd (command prompt) during safe mode which may solve your problem by opening restore point, by giving rstrui.exein cmd (command prompt).

Follow the given steps for System restore using cmd : 

·         Start your PC in safe mode. ( Before the windows logo appears press and holding F8 key when you start your PC).

·         Open cmd (command prompt). ( "Winkey + R" for Run, type cmd and Enter ) 

·         Type rstrui.exe and press Enter.

Type your Admin password if the system asks you.

Note : Once Restore is done, it can't be undone. You may use system restore again to any other Restore point.
